We need many things.
1. Geography:

b) We need to separate residential areas.

2. Society:
a) We need a job agency for seedrians.
b) We need an orphanage.
c) We need water and sunlight and nutrients.
d) we need a maternity for seed of seedrians.
3. Engineering.
a) we need a renewable energy source.
b) we need roads and a spaceport.
c) We need transport vehicles.
4. Security.
a) We need warriors to defend the seedrian people.
